Born to an American mother and a concert-promoter Brazilian father, Alexia Bomtempo was raised in the beach culture of Rio de Janeiro, while traveling to America frequently over the years. She grew up listening to Brazilian popular music and Bossa Nova, as well as rock, folk and jazz. Since relocating back to New York City, the Brazilian-American singer-songwriter has fully embraced, challenged, and redefined the Northern half of her American artistic roots. Equally comfortable wandering amidst hazy memory-inducing soundscapes as she is in delivering flowing melodies influenced by her beachside upbringing in Rio de Janeiro, Alexia is an artist of of multiple worlds. Her sound is individual and confidently feminine, navigating genres ranging from classic American song to exploratory Tropicália.

Italian-born, New York-based jazz singer and composer Chiara Izzi has developed a musical identity shaped by her Italian roots, deep connection to Brazilian music, and ability to sing and speak in Italian, Portuguese and English. Drawing from bossa nova, samba, jazz, Italian song, and American popular music, she brings a soulful approach to both interpretation and songwriting. Her original composition “Circles of the Mind” won Best Jazz Song with Vocals at the internationally recognized Independent Music Awards, and she was selected by Quincy Jones as a winner of the Montreux Jazz Festival Voice Competition. She has performed internationally and opened for legendary guitarist Paco de Lucía, while collaborating with leading Brazilian musicians including Nilson Matta, Duduka Da Fonseca, Helio Alves, and Diego Figueiredo, among many others. With three albums released under her name, including "Across the Sea, co-led with pianist Kevin Hays, her work has received praise from DownBeat and JazzTimes, with Hays describing her as having “an inner strength that I think is rare.” Through her music, Chiara brings together soulful storytelling, musical versatility, and a commitment to fostering cross-cultural dialogue.

Rising star vocalist Dolly Lowe grew-up around music in her native France. “My parents used to direct opera in the most beautiful opera houses in Paris,” she tells us. “I was around five years old. My mother at the end of the show would make me go on stage and bow to the audience so I could feel what it’s like to have the lights on me, the people cheering and the applause. I remember being so nervous but so happy to be up there. I associated music with beauty, enthusiasm, and passion. In France I was classically trained by an Iranian opera singer who as well as singing Mozart, sang the songs of her homeland and once performed at Burning Man.”
