Matthew Avedon Duo

Born and raised in New York City, jazz guitarist Matthew Avedon draws from all the energy and diversity the city has to offer while being steeped in the tradition of the Masters. With equal parts Django Reinhardt and Charlie Christian, you can find him playing in a wide variety of settings bringing his unique take on classic jazz guitar to stages nightly. Matthew is currently working on an album with his trio as well as an album of traditional French waltzes and maintains a busy performance schedule around New York City and abroad. The sultry and soothing strings of famed New York musician and model, Matthew Avedon, sets the tone for a New York night to remember.
